Once the payment gets cleared the shipping takes around 10 to 12 business days to reach the destination. The order email has been sent to the customer, which contains the order tracking and complete shipping details, once the item gets dispatched. Accurate Shipping Details

If you haven’t received the email, this means there are some technical issues due to which the order hasn’t been placed. The order will not be shipped if you haven’t got any order confirmation email.
