Return and Exchange Policy

The return and exchange policy is simple and feasible for the customers. The American Jackets offers 30 days to easily return or exchange your product under some specific settings. You can simply contact our customer service representative who will respond to you within 24 hours. Customers are recommended to request returns and exchange within 30 days, after 20 days no request will be entertained.

Return Policy

Before the product gets shipped, our quality assurance department checks the item completely concerning color, size, material, and stitching. Customers can openly share if they have any issue, simply take the picture, highlight the issues and email address. Moreover, if the return or exchange request has been approved the customer is liable for the handling and shipping cost depending on the weight of the parcel.

The return policy would not be considered under the following conditions. You cannot request for any return and exchange, or we will not entertain the request if:

  • Ordering the same item in different sizes and colors.
  • Original tags were removed from the product.
  • Request made after 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
  • Request made for return or exchange is not applicable for custom orders.

Exchange Policy

If you want to exchange your item with another size, you can easily request without paying an additional amount, however, customers will be liable for bearing the handling and shipping cost.

In case the item received by the customer has any defect such as color, size, or design issue and it is from our side, the return and exchange will be entertained. You can simply share the issue at the given email address with a snap of the item within 7 working days. The team will contact you and update you regarding the return and exchange process.

Order Cancellation Requests

The request for order cancellation should be made within 24 hours after placing the order. The customer will get the whole amount back in his account if the request is made within 24 hours. If the cancellation is made after 24 hours the following conditions will be applied.

  • The cancellation request would not be entertained after 3 days of confirmation.
  • Cancellation after 24 hours, a 30% deduction will be made from the customer’s total amount.
  • Cancellation after 3 days before shipping, 50% deduction from customer’s total amount.

Custom Duties Owed by Customers

The American Jackets do not ask for shipping charges from customers. Moreover, all the countries have different policies thereby the custom duties vary which will manageable by the customers.
