We provide free shipping service all over the world and delivering all of the items to almost every country. Once the payment gets cleared the shipping takes around 10 to 12 business days to reach the destination. The order email has been sent to the customer, which contains the order tracking and complete shipping details, once the item gets dispatched. Accurate Shipping Details

We are always updating our services and try to remove the hurdles that can cause delays. Thereby, customers are required to provide the complete information which includes name, contact details, email address, shipping details, payment information, and other related information.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once the order is placed and the shipping processed, it takes almost 2 to 5 business days to arrive at the destination. The email will be sent by the team, which contains the tracking ID and shipping details.

Access to Shipping Process

To maintain reliability we have got associated with the mediums that are known for their trustworthiness. We have incorporated with TNT, USPS, DHL, SKYNET and DPEX Worldwide express, etc. after dispatching the order, we share the order tracking details with our customers so that they keep update with the shipping process. In exceptional cases, if you are not available at home to receive the parcel, the customers are requested to provide an alternate address of their neighbor. Or you are recommended to leave a note that has the alternate receiver’s details.

Order Confirmation Email

Once you have placed the order at The American Jackets, you will get a notification at your email address regarding order confirmation along with the order invoice. If you haven’t received the email, this means there are some technical issues due to which the order hasn’t been placed. The order will not be shipped if you haven’t got any order confirmation email.

Complains about Damaged Item or Delayed Shipping

  • In Case of Delayed Shipping:

If you are unable to track your order or couldn’t receive the product within the period, the money you have paid would be secured in the PayPal account or credit card, or replacement might be offered to you.

Shipping Via Different Locality

We are operating the services from the major countries including the US, Europe, UK, and all Asian countries. It doesn’t matter from which country you are from, simply place the order for your favorite item, and we will safely deliver it to your location in premium quality. Moreover, to make delivery faster, we also ship overseas. Moreover, there are some countries such as Russia and Israel where we do not ship due to custom clearance issues.
